FOR AGENCIES & STUDIOS

Your build partner, invisible by design

You win the work and keep the client. I build it under your brand, in your repo, at a fixed price — and never appear.

Who this is for

Design & branding studios

You sell the work on the strength of the design and have no engineers. I turn the Figma file into a shipped product.

Digital & marketing agencies

Clients keep asking for apps, portals and custom backends. Stop referring that revenue away.

Overbooked developers

You are turning down work you would rather hand off. I will take it at a rate that still leaves you margin.

How it works

01

You send the scope

A Figma file, a brief, or a half-finished build. We agree what is in and what is out.

02

You get a fixed price

One number and one date, inside two working days. No hourly drift, no change-request theatre.

03

I build in your stack

Your repo, your Slack, your project tool, your brand. I speak to you and only you.

04

You ship it as yours

Full IP assignment on final payment. Nothing carries my name unless you want it to.

Fixed prices, published

These are wholesale rates. What you bill your client is your business.

Engagement Timeline From
Figma → shipped Flutter app 6 weeks R75,000
Laravel client portal or booking system 4 weeks R55,000
Flutter rescue — stalled or inherited build 2 weeks R28,000
Trial job — one bounded piece · refunded in full if you're unhappy 1 week R8,000–15,000

Day rate on request: R3,500–5,000/day. First engagement is 50% up front, then 30/40/30 once we have worked together.

One project at a time, and I have capacity now.

The terms, before you ask

Handing a stranger your client relationship is the risk. These are the guarantees that remove it.

NDA and non-solicit, signed first Before scope, before pricing, before anything.
I never contact your client Not during the build, not after it. In writing.
Work-for-hire IP assignment You own the code outright on final payment.
One named senior contact You get me, not a junior on a bench. Replies within one working day.

panicSA

Safety & Security
Brief

Build a personal-safety app with one-tap emergency alerting, live location sharing and a paired responder app for security operators.

Constraint

Alert delivery could not fail. Location had to stay accurate on poor mobile networks, and the responder side needed live updates without draining battery.

Handoff

Two Flutter codebases and one Laravel API, delivered with environment configs, build instructions and store-ready release artefacts.

HostAfrica

Web Hosting & Services
Brief

Give an established African hosting provider a mobile app for domain management, invoice settlement and account administration.

Constraint

An existing production billing platform had to be integrated against, multiple African payment gateways supported, and the app had to stay usable on unreliable connections.

Handoff

Offline-first Flutter client plus Laravel integration layer, handed over with API documentation and gateway configuration notes.

Tafmung

Home Services Marketplace
Brief

A two-sided marketplace connecting homeowners with vetted service providers, including booking, provider discovery and job tracking.

Constraint

Two distinct user journeys in one product, location-based matching, and a booking flow that had to stay simple enough for non-technical users on both sides.

Handoff

Flutter client and Laravel marketplace backend, delivered with seeded test data and an admin surface for provider vetting.

Not ready to subcontract?

Then just send me the work you were going to turn down. I pay 10–15% of project value on collection for any lead that closes. You keep the client or hand them over entirely — your call, either way you get paid.
